Meditation
Meditation could mean different things to different people. The reasons for meditating could also vary from person to person.
For me, Meditation is being aware of your surroundings and accepting yourself completely. Meditation has taught me To LOVE MYSELF unconditionally. It has helped me to break out of my Fixed Belief systems, Mindset and Past traumas. I could identify the child in me through the process of meditation, which has helped me in my Inner growth, and I was able to recognise myself and gather a sense of my own identity.
Meditation has taught me to FORGIVE people and circumstances which may have caused me to hurt, pain, or discomfort. I could develop the silence in me which has benefited me and made me listen to my inner voice. One of the important tools that meditation has given me is the power to switch ‘on’ and ‘off’ and understand how to react to a situation.
Meditation gives power to you to look within.
Meditation has helped me in recognizing simple sensitivities in ME. It makes me feel fortunate and appreciate the mere existence of life and everything around me.
Everything is so unique and special.
This sensitivity has created new bonds – friendships with nature, birds, animals, with mountains, rivers, oceans, with planets, stars.
It has made me even more grateful and I thank and acknowledge each item in my house, at my office, even thank my bed which gives me peaceful sleep every day. I acknowledge my ancestors and all those who are not physically present in my life anymore. I feel their blessings with me in every step.
I have become more aware of the energies and vibrations around me.
Meditation has brought awareness to me about my body, each body part, each organ, my nerves, my muscles. I have experienced that my body talks to me and that is how I could heal my physical, emotional, and mental shortcomings in my body.
Meditation has played a big role in my life, whether it is business or handling kids, relationships, or society. I experienced miracles. I have always felt some supernatural power that has guided me in every decision of my life.
It is now that I have come to realize that this is the POWER of ME.
Meditation is a beautiful practice that helps us to focus on one single thought that enters the mind. Inner calmness is the key goal of meditation. Dedicating oneself to a timely routine has a tremendous impact on our existence – Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual state.
To achieve this, you do not have to stop doing your daily routine. The activities will be the same but the INTENTION behind these activities will be recognized. You will look at everything with a new perspective in life.
Meditation is a habitual process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts. You can use it to increase awareness of yourself and your surroundings.
