My Approach

It’s a very simple premise “ Loving Yourself”. I have found that the simple things are usually the most profound. My approach is to take each moment with awareness. Let us pause and appreciate even small things in our life. We should understand the power within us, rather than seeking outside. In fact what is ‘Out There’ is also within us and readily available for us to seek positively.

I must educate you that these are not sheer fancy-divine words spread across.
Every aspect is swathed in experience and in-depth research. I have attended so many workshops, meditative retreats and stayed without family for days together to just find ‘MYSELF’. Here I wanted to say that everyone has their struggles and own understanding of life. Some people choose the tough way and some choose the smart way. Being unaware of so many things, I chose a different way to understand my journey.

There is saying by ‘Sufi Fakir’ who said: “Something to me which will shadow me till I die.” He said, “If you seek blessings from the Lord, then ask him to shower you with pain. Because pain wakes you up. ( Ya Allah takleef de, dard jagaata hai). Meaning the pain keeps you awake, otherwise, you would be sleeping soundly in that high- rise building in some air-conditioned room, and where would that get you?” There is plenty of information out today but how much we need to absorb and what we need to implement is more important.

At one point in my life, I was also in a similar position that you are in. But over the  time, I learnt to be aware and consciously started to look at life differently. I always questioned my existence! And always curious to understand the ups and downs of this life. I understand only one thing, ‘To Love Myself’. If I am not willing to love myself today, then I am not going to love myself Tomorrow, because whatever excuse I have today, I will still have tomorrow, Maybe I will have some excuse for 20 years from now, and even leave this lifetime holding on to the same excuse.

TODAY IS THE DAY I CAN LOVE MYSELF TOTALLY WITH NO EXPECTATIONS.
