‘Find my me’, in last two months these 3 words have affected my life in a progressive way. I joined this along with my Yoga sessions at that point of life where passing every day was quite painful both physically and emotionally. The yoga sessions helped me in healing my inner self as well as my body. Our mentor Vindi Kohli made us connect with our body. The way she guides us about yoga along with telling the small details of each asanas made it look effortless. Otherwise me being a first timer was bit sceptical about how I will perform all asanas.
Surprisingly, yoga helped me in lot many ways which I never imagined. It helped me to come out of the painful phase of my life. It cured my depression and provided me guidance to be familiar with my inner self. It taught me to appreciate small things of life starting from my own self.
Thank u Vindi Kohli for introducing me to beauty of life and for being the best mentor who guides you by understanding your needs that too in the most spiritual way. đ

Though COVID-19 pandemic shook us and created an unevenness, it also had some positive aspects like creating health awareness. It was during this lockdown period, I decided to take up Vindi Kohliâs yoga classes. It was after joining her classes I realised, the yoga classes which I used to practise earlier was a just movement of limbs, which I practised as a forced ritual for 20 to 30 minutes. Besides, I even thought that these â8 to 10 âasanasâ are the best for my health. My myth was broken with Vindi Kohliâs classes, where I understood and felt the real meaning of yoga-, the union between Body and Mind. Now, I eagerly look forward to the yoga classes. It is not just postures that I learn but it takes me into the path of meditation too. My flexibility increased, and I donât have to do a series of âasanasâ to make it look like yoga. Her teachings are very much in detail, knowledgeable and she guides on even the minutest of the detail. Now, I am well aware of my body, my breathing, and I am so energetic throughout. My mind is fresh with clear thoughts that it has encouraged me to resume my journal which I had taken a break from. Now writing has become part of my routine and is helping me to Find My âMEâ

Yoga has helped me to replenish my energy physically and emotionally. I have a knee problem with difficulty in moving around but yoga has helped me to regain my flexibility. I have practised yoga under various instructors, but it was never the same as I felt none of them was as skilled or as sensitive to individual needs as Vindi. Her coaching approach is different as it is not just teaching the postures, it is beyond yoga. Vindi is great with her teaching lessons as she also shows you the wrong postures to compare with the correct ones which is of great help. I wish I had started my lessons with her much earlier in life. Now that I have met the right person I think the importance of yoga has instilled in me. Thank you Vindi for your patience and support.

After I retired, I was seeking for inner peace and some spiritual faith to guide me. I Â also wanted to identify my true self. I was lucky to meet Vandi Kohli ji who is guiding us in these aspects.
