The Art of Breathing- the very basis of our existence, something which comes so naturally to us. The way of breathing and doing it right is a major aspect of Yoga practices. Being in total awareness and focusing on the air we breathe in and out is where Yoga begins. A balanced combination of Pranayama practices and Yoga asanas is an important tool to help all of us to Find our ‘ME’.

For me, Yoga is the Healer of my physical and mental ailment. It made me aware of my own self, how my body and mind works. ‘YOGA IS THE UNION BETWEEN THE MIND AND THE BODY.’ And It is the “Way of Life.”

Yoga is defined as “ Yogaschittas vritti Nirodha, means “ To block the patterns of consciousness.”

Yoga is the blocking of the patterns arising in all the dimensions of consciousness. The expressions of individual awareness arises in different planes and are transcended, the state of yoga manifests. This is the order or sequence of evolution of your consciousness. Yoga is consciousness, the way you sit, the way you move your entire body, flexibility in your body- this is all Consciousness. 

Yoga rejuvenates. Mentally, Physically, Emotionally and Spiritually. We become complete by practicing Yoga. Through yoga, our intellect opens up and we can go beyond our expectations. Our mind sharpens by practicing certain yoga asanas and deep meditations. Yoga helps in your behavior traits, you feel more energized and gain a positive attitude towards life. By indulging in physical activity for your body along with meditation and breathing practices, you would attain a more optimistic attitude towards life.
